I blew it!

Well, we celebrated August birthdays today at work. I have been able to "be good" at all of our previous celebrations, but today, I just HAD to have a piece of the chocolate cake...
It was so good, so sweet and boy, did I ever feel sick afterwards.

Was it worth it? I'll let you know tomorrow when I step on the scale!
