Actually I slow-jogged 25 minutes, but to go from just walking to jogging that long in only 4 weeks is pretty good! There is an SP article featured today about the value of playing music when we're exercising. I know it made a big difference for me to listen to upbeat music as I ran.
I was playing a podcast that also gives me my time as I run, so I don't have to worry about anything except putting one foot in front of the other and breathing. It was made by a young lady who started running to lose weight. It's free, and I think it's good.
