Returning with a New Approach - and 10lbs lighter!

I'm going to employ the usual excuse of out-of-this-world activity for my nearly month long absence. I have been a terrible SparkFriend, neglecting those who have supported me and not doing my part to encourage new members.
Because I'm taking a full course load and working three jobs this semester, I'm going to limit my blog posts to a once weekly review. I'll do my best to log on daily to track my food and movement and leave a few comments for my friends. That way I'll stay on track without creating a new time suck.
The best news of all: I've managed to stay on track and exercise here and there, resulting in an OFFICIAL 10 POUND LOSS! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! I can't think of a better way to start the school year!
