Here we go biznitches!!! YEEHAA!!!!!

emoticonPull-Ups (I have to go to the park where there are monkey bars tomorrow) completed in 1 minute = 1
emoticonSquats/Lunges (no weights) completed in 1 minute = 25

2. What equipment will be you be using in this challenge?

3. What dumbbells weight/resistance level are you starting at? (if applicable)
emoticon I am starting with 5lb dumbbells + bar.

4. Why do you feel the burning desire to grow stronger, to change shape, to prove yourself?

I NEED strength. I LOVE strength training. The strength I actually need is psychological - I am one of those who appears to be mentally strong, but in reality is a quivering mess on the inside. ST makes my body strong - strengthening my body makes my psyche strong. I AM STRENGTH.
Plus it is spring here and I wana look good (aka fit into) my bikini from last summer!!
