1. OFFICIAL STARTING LINE
Post your total of exercises within one minute, while using good form.
Slow and Steady.

Crunches completed in 1 minute = 43

Pushups (I wana do proper pushups) completed in 1 minute = 10

How long (up to one minute) can you hold a plank = 30 seconds

Pull-Ups (I have to go to the park where there are monkey bars tomorrow) completed in 1 minute = 1

Squats/Lunges (no weights) completed in 1 minute = 25
2. What equipment will be you be using in this challenge?
B. My own body weight
D. Free weights and dumbbells at home
3. What dumbbells weight/resistance level are you starting at? (if applicable)

I am starting with 5lb dumbbells + bar.
4. Why do you feel the burning desire to grow stronger, to change shape, to prove yourself?
I NEED strength. I LOVE strength training. The strength I actually need is psychological - I am one of those who appears to be mentally strong, but in reality is a quivering mess on the inside. ST makes my body strong - strengthening my body makes my psyche strong. I AM STRENGTH.
Plus it is spring here and I wana look good (aka fit into) my bikini from last summer!!

7. STARTING LINE MEASUREMENTS.
This is perfect timing as it was my monthly measurement date anyhow!!

Biceps = 28cm

Forearms = 23.5 cm

Waist = 75cm

Butt = 94.5cm

Thigh = 54.5 cm

Back/Bust = 95.5 cm
