4 week Spring into Fitness Challenge completed!

Today after I did my SP video with Nicole and cycled 30 minutes, I officially completed my Spring into Fitness Challenge which lasted a month. I highly recommend joining challenges; they keep you on track for your goals as support for the meals & fitness trackers in SP.
Since joining SP 41/2 weeks ago, I've lost 4 lbs + 4 inches, and gained hundreds of friends.
Now I'm gearing up for the 2011 Fall 5% challenge. I'm a slow loser so I'm counting on this challenge to keep me working hard and looking forward!
