4 week Spring into Fitness Challenge completed!

Today after I did my SP video with Nicole and cycled 30 minutes, I officially completed my Spring into Fitness Challenge which lasted a month. I highly recommend joining challenges; they keep you on track for your goals as support for the meals & fitness trackers in SP.

Since joining SP 41/2 weeks ago, I've lost 4 lbs + 4 inches, and gained hundreds of friends.

Now I'm gearing up for the 2011 Fall 5% challenge. I'm a slow loser so I'm counting on this challenge to keep me working hard and looking forward!

    I'm working on the SparkPeople 8-week Diabetes Weight Loss Challenge, I don't have diabetes but the challenge is a great one for me. It's easy to follow.

    You're Awesome I am soooo impressed. I am loosing quickly but I have over 100lbs to loose and never exercised or ate healthy in YEARS. Any improvement on Fast food is great!! The last 10 are the holy grail. Uplifting but hard as he!!
