Summer Gain

I was on a roll but I let summer derail me. Not one bit of formal exercise and horrible food choices. I managed to maintain for most of summer but these last few weeks have really gotten me - to the tune of a 5 pound gain. Not much but still backwards. I am so thankful for the start of the school year and a few hours of child-free time. I’d call it me time, but in actuality very much of that time will be spent, as usual, doing housework. In the midst of laundry, dishes, litter boxes, vacuuming, volunteering at school… I WILL make time for plenty of exercise and more checking in on SP.

yoga once a week
