emoticon By the end of Thursday, September 15, I will do at least 2 HOURS OF STRENGTH TRAINING OVER 4 DAYS. Between Friday and Sunday night, I will clock AN ADDITIONAL HOUR. That's 20 minutes on Friday, 20 on Saturday and 20 on Sunday.

emoticon MUSCLE FAILURE CHALLENGE. I will do as many sit-ups as I can using perfect form SLOW and STEADY before I reach muscle failure and have to stop.


emoticon BONUS! I have charged my camera so will post pictures of my sweaty workout afterglows, of my healthy beautiful food, or how I spend my rest day doing happy active things this week!

    I was kind of struggling with what to do with mine, but I figured it out. I love seeing what other people come up with!

    I better see pictures of sweaty after-glows and delicious foods.
