I do not physically see any results, but I am sure they are there. I have done a great job i think of cutting back on my Soda intake. I am down from 6-8 12 oz sodas to 1 20 and it takes me all day to drink, and most days i never finish that. I occasionally want a snack later in the evening, and 1 day a week I indulge so as to not totally derail myself. I am working on walking at minimum 2 miles a day to see all this belly fat come off. I have a goal of December 1st I will be 30, and i want the 30 lbs i got hanging around gone... I need to do better about my diet eating i think I am just not sure about how to go about it. I will get there... I have Faith in myself.
