Are you a morning person?
One of my fellow team-mates inspired me to post this blog as she made a post about feeling crappy but then did a half hour of fitness and

she became energized and passed this enthusiasm on to others - so I am doing the same.
Won't you get out there and do some cardio - a nice walk or a fun fitness activity. Then come back and pass your enthusiasm on to others.
It is ironic and meant to be as yesterday I rode by a sign that said - get your cardio in early before your brain has the chance to tell you different.
Try it you'll like it.
