Big surprise. Stress came into my life this past week, and I let it beat me.
I didn't sleep well. I didn't eat well. When I did eat, it was junk. I exercised one whole day.
So I allowed myself to wallow this weekend. And wallow I did. I ate a LOT. Probably to make up for NOT eating much last week. At least, that's what I'm telling myself.
Monday is a new day. I CAN do this! Stress may be ahead, but I won't let it win!
