Last week was a bit of a fail in terms of eating, exercise and expenses.
This week I will complete my planned ST.
Mon = Full Body
Wed = Core + Rolling Legs & Butt
Fri = Legs + Rolling Tummy
Sat = Arms & Chest + Arms
I will also catch up on last weeks missing stats.
Sun = Muscle Failure & One Min Tests
I will engage my myofascial tears with my own salty tears and roll the s#%t outta my poor ole muscles - I will do this as much as Yoovie tells me to - well as much as I can handle.
Life is getting intense - just the way I like it - throwing up a challenge...
4 week countdown until finals.
