Week 1 Food Tracking has been Successful

I joined SP in October 2010 but didn't do anything with the program. Just this Sunday I was motivated to start tracking my food, so I came back to SP. Now I would like to find a great support group. I'm excited to say I did a little exercise today, so yay for me! I have over 100 pounds to lose and I would like to get close to my goal before I turn forty (10/04/2012). Who's with me?

    Great! Food for me has been the total reason for my success. I was in total denial about the impact of tracking my food. I've been tracking everything for 12 week snow and I have had amazing results. Keep it up because the results are worth it.

    Tracking your food is one of the most important things you can do to set yourself up for a successful weight loss journey. Congratulations.

    Good luck on loosing the 100+ pounds. I'm living proof that it can be done.
