How is your Friday going?

Friday, October 14, 2011

This has just been a blah kinda Friday for me. I woke up early, but went back to sleep for 4 hours, not getting out of the bed until 11:30. And when I oversleep, I have horrible dreams. Not having a job is starting to get to me. I get lost as to what day of the week it is. I've tracked my food and water today, but I'm just not 'feeling it' today. I am planning on hitting the fitness room and walking the block later tonight. Maybe that will help my mood.

I hope others are having a nice day. Tell me how yours went; good, bad, just blah, or totally awesome?

I was unemployed for a year and totally understand how you're feeling! Have faith--it will come. I took a nursing job that sounded like the last thing in the world I'd ever want but I couldn't aford to be choosy...turns out I love it! Life takes you in some weird directions--go with the flow.

Had a pretty good Friday. Happy to go to work, happy to come home. Best of luck.

I am sorry to hear that your Friday was not good, and that you are finding it hard to get a job. Perhaps it is an ideal time to find a nice place to sit and ask yourself what you really want out of life, and out of SPark People. Then you could set yourself some excellent goals and feel excited about reaching them.

I find that exercise makes me feel very positive, so I am glad you are putting some walking and gym work into your day.

I am writing this on Saturday, just before I go to the gym. I hope your weekend is positive and sees you moving towards your goals.
