I love the SP reports...

Just looked at my monthly reports from Feb this year until now. That's 8 months. It is just so interesting what patterns you can find in retrospect.

I seem to have a direct correlation to unhealthy eating patterns and steady weight gain and the big earthquakes we had here.

There are massive gradual increases in eating (and often exercise too) after a big event (Feb and June esp.) even though I don't consciously go out to eat more I must just do it. This somewhat worries me as I don't yet seem to KNOW that I am doing this - even while faithfully tracking everything daily.

The amount of exercise didn't seem to matter as much to the steady weight gain as the total calories I ate (not a scientific observation of course, just my own emoticon).

So in retrospect, according to my SP reports it has taken me 8 months to regain proper control over my eating!!! I am now back to eating a healthy range of foods, less eating out and more steady exercise.

My name is Anna, and I am a stress eater. Conscious or not - the proof is there in orange, green and red. I know I have overcome many kinds of emotional eating (study, relationship and self-distress eating) but it appears I must consciously watch myself when natural disasters hit us too!! (7698 earthquakes over 3 and counting!!)

Whoop!! Another notch in the belt of healthiness emoticon

Wouldn't it be easier to just move where there are never any natural disasters? LOL I'm kidding!!! That is interesting, I can't tell you the last time I looked at my reports over time. Maybe I'm afraid to, especially since I've been gaining major weight! Sigggghhhh.

That's a great pattern to figure out. WTG on the self-introspection. *hugs*
