Make it simple. It always works best went it's simple. Make thinks to complicated and your get all tied up in calculating and focusing on the task at hand.
Fitness: 1,000 minutes for November, boils down to an average to 33.33 minutes a day!!
Track: even if I do not stay in the range every single day, I will be accountable for every bite that enters my mouth.
Journal: Something I must do. I MUST keep track of blessings and good things. I guess I am a born pessimist, and I truly believe it affects my progress. I think journaling is a way to emphasize the positive.
That's it. Simple. Obtainable. Realistic. Positive. And a good day's work!!
