Yippee! 1lb from 5% challenge goal

I thought I had done pretty well this week with the exercise and eating, but you never know if the scale will agree. For once it did--I lost a lb.
At first I was skeptical of actually losing 7 lbs for the challenge--it will be the most I have ever lost in a "healthful" way in a few weeks, but I gave it my best shot. Now I'm actually looking forward to knocking out that last lb next week.
