I first had the flu and then an infection. I am on the mend. Yep, I lost weight but not exactly how I wanted too. I will know Monday if I reached my goal to be back to 210. If not, I will alter my weight icon. I now the plan.
The thing that I am finding hard is getting back into routine. I need to exercise daily. It has to be part of my daily life. So now I am struggling. No, this week I do not expect to be in the same place I was before I got sick. I expect to begin to move forward again. So today, I will manage 20 minutes of cardio with some stretching and strenght. No more than 30 minutes. I have to begin where I am.
I want to continue to loose weight thru the holiday. That means I have to be hyper vigilant. I know there are days that I am going to eat too much or not the right things. So on any given week, there will be days that I need to be exceedingly careful and plan for a party. Sometimes II will need to plan for the whole week for the party. I have to remember that if I do it as part of a plan, I will continue to loose weight.
