jolly, merry and happy but as the holiday frenzy inches closer to its peak there are sure signs that, rather than being jolly, merry and happy its quickly getting to be the season of frustration, pressure and stress! I like to keep a positive outlook on everything so in an effort to keep the lighter and brighter side of the holidays alive this blog is meant to bring a smile to the face. After all, humor is one of the very best stress-relievers! So, here goes:
Where Is Jesus?
A Sunday School teacher asked the question … Where Is Jesus Now? Immediately many hands shot into the air as many of the children were keen to state their opinion.
"What do you think Johnny?"
"He's in the church, sir." Johnny replied.
"Okay. What about you Rosie?"
"I believe he's in Heaven, sir"
"That's good. What about you Billy?"
Billy was a little hesitant, then blurted out "I think he's in our bathroom sir."
The classroom erupted with uproarious laughter; but eventually the teacher managed to quell the noise.
"Oh really." said the teacher. "What makes you think that Billy?"
"Well sir, some mornings my dad knocks on the bathroom door and says 'Jesus Christ, are you still in there?'
It was just before Christmas and the magistrate was in a happy mood. He asked the prisoner who was in the dock, ‘What are you charged with?’
The prisoner replied, ‘Doing my Christmas shopping too early.’
‘That’s no crime’, said the magistrate. ‘Just how early were you doing this shopping?’
‘Before the shop opened’, answered the prisoner.
Aother great stress buster is listening to Christmas music. There is something about Christmas music that makes it so intriguing it instantly put you in a good mood and you just can’t help but to sing along. The following are two of my many favorites. I hope you enjoy.
