Back in the Swing of Things

I would call this past week a successful one overall. My goal was to be consistent with the program all week. The plans to accomplish this were to stay in my calorie range all week, walk 4 days for at least 30 minutes, and add in stretching.
For the calories, as I recall, I did stay within range all days except 1. I still need to get out and walk today for my fourth day. And I got stretching in one time this past week. I managed to go down 1/2 a pound. But the most important thing is that mentally I'm back into the program.
In reviewing this past week, a lot of my calories weren't healthy. So this upcoming week I'll work on improving that. Also, I stayed at the higher end of my calorie range, so I'm going to work on bringing that down some. And I want to include stretches each day that I walk. Let's see if I can lose a full pound next week instead of just 1/2.
