started off the new year well

Well I did good with my water intake today. I also increased my cardio to 75 minutes now. I increased strength training to 5 days a week as well. I am really tired so not much else to say.

    Yay! Go you! I think I've gotten my 8 glasses of water in only ONCE since I've been trying. It's crazy hard for me and I don't know how to get them all in...
