HAPPY NEW YEAR Spark Friends!!!!!!
It's worse than it was!!!
Sooooo, I need new goals and a plan.
Track EVERY day even if I do have to use the dinosaur at work!
1200 calories daily except on the days I work out.
Exercise.....for now this will be when I can. 3 days a week minimum on the days I don't work. Anything else is a bonus.
Lower carbs....they just don't agree with me well.
Freggies......LOTS and LOTS of freggies!! Where most of the carbs I do get will come from.
Drink ALL of my water.....it really, REALLY helps!
Do it for my health and how I feel NOT because of anything or anyone else.
I said it was worse. I weighed in at 250 today. I've gained almost half of my weight back. 2012 is the last year before I turn 40. This is my year!!
