My goal for 2012

I have been lucky to maintain my loss until the holidays, and have about 3 or 4 pounds to get back off, plus a few more to get to my goal weight. I decided to set my goal like this. If I stay within my calorie range, I walk the 1-mile, but if I go over-- I have to do the 2-mile. Over 2 days in a row, I'll go for the 3-mile. Believe me, that's incentive to eat less!! LOL I am woman, hear me roar!!! WE can do this! I heard my Mom's dr. say once-- If we women can live through childbirth, we can do ANYTHING!!!!! I had 5 kids, so I KNOW I can do this!!!! Just watch me!!!! :)
