I've been havin' the munchies lately. NOT GOOD. SO... last night went to the store and stocked up on sugar free gum, and some sugar free cough drops.

Now.. perhaps you're thinking "sugar free cough drops for munchies???"

I read last year that if you have a problem with snacking, try sucking on cough drops. They make EVERYTHING taste bad! LOL Up until last night, I had never tried sugar free cough drops, so I got a bad of regular and sugar free. Tried the sugar free, and honestly couldn't really tell a difference! WooHoo! My teeth are thankful!

So... if you're munchin' on everything in sight like I have been, go get yourself a stash of sugar free gum and cough drops!

    I hate when I get the munchies. I always feel like no matter what I eat, nothing seems to satisfy the "hidden" craving i can't seem to pin point. Smart choice with the sugar free gum!

    Cough drops...that's interesting. I might have to try it! I've heard of brushing your teeth or using mouthwash...or also herbal tea!!
