things aren't the best for me right now. My husband is still unemployed and though I started looking for work as well neither of us have had any success. I'm fighting depression and have dealt with health issues during December. I had a case of the shingles and had to discontinue my race training. I just started working out regularly again last week so I'm getting my exercise back on track. Amazingly, I have kept my eating under control and though I didn't get to my goal, I did get well into my maintenance range and I'm happy about that.
I'm going to close out with my new goals for this month. I've deleted tons of negative thoughts and complaints and I'm afraid I'll start crying about how horrible things are if I keep going right now. I try not to be a negative Nelly.
My goals for January, 2012:
1) Continue my new workout plan.
2) Begin a new running program...train for a 5k.
3) Drink 8 glasses of water per week.
