Setting Attainable Goals=SUCCESS

I was already getting ready to bite off more than I could chew..."Lose 13lbs in January, 8lbs each month through September". Really Kimberly? Let's be realistic. How has that worked for you in the past? Right, it didn't and you felt defeated and threw in the towel. Fast forward to 1-15-12. I set an attainable goal of losing 6.5lbs. per month through December 31st. There is NO reason why I should be trying to lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time...this is a mini-marathon...not a 100 meter dash. Slow down mama...pace yourself.

JANUARY LOSS SO FAR: 4.5lbs.
Week One: 1.3lbs. loss
Week Two: 3.2lbs. loss
