Got out of the Valley

Yesterday afternoon I got out of my funk. Everything about last night was healthy, and I created a chart to give my points for all the good things I do from now. It included the 5 things I wanted for me and more, such as, exercising, taking vitamins, having happy thoughts, giving hugs, drinking my green drink, drinking water, and being patient with me and with others.
It felt good to finally get that on a chart for ME and my family to see. It felt good to make a plan. I also forgave myself for the emotional eating I did and went on to exercise during the BL show. I also saw the extra fluff around my stomach and I was so shocked. Well that was a reality check for me. It had to be noticed so I wouldn't be in denial anymore. It's been undercover and it was not a pretty sight.
So this morning, I drove myself to walk stairs for 45mns to start and will continue tonight.
I owe this work to myself and even if the scale does not show it soon, I know I will feel better about me because I am being aware of my choices. Happy Wednesday everyone!!!
