Day 2 of 28 day Bootcamp

I am about short term goals. So I am tracking my days of using Nicole's bootcamp on dvd. I've been challenged emotionally & organizationally with family medical problems, family life, and home repair. I wanted more order and wanted new ways, and want to save money & time.
Even if I have done hours of exercise in the past, Nicole's workout brought up my heart beat. Thank you Nicole.
Also glad to say that my goals was to only do a 30mns walk, but I stayed on the treadmill for 60mns, 4miles, and 455 cals burned. Olay!!!
A positive thing I am glad to write is that I drank my green drink, ate vitamins, drinking water, and planning dinner as I type.
26 days to go to beginning better healthy habits.
