Week Re-Cap

Well, this week was a little difficult, and one where I previously would have given up. My new project is starting up at work and I had several stressful days followed by not getting home until late. I also felt very tired almost every day this week.

The good news though is I did not want to give up this feeling of success, accomplishment, and progress. Every night I pushed through and completed a toning video, and every night except for one (I didn't get home until 9:00 that night) I did at least 1/2 hour of cardio.

My weigh in is tomorrow, but I can tell my jeans have gotten loose this week (hooray!).

Can't wait to see how far I can get this next week!
