Day 3 if boot camp

So glad for small miracles. Nicole's boot camp is keeping me consistent. I even had company doing today's workout. we also did ab workout and a little kettle bell workout. I needed this trainer like workout to mix up my workouts & get me out of my rut. Today was positive in that I ate healthy and had extra snacks, but stopped to knit before getting out of control with my snacks.
Realization: If I imagine myself working out before getting out of bed, than it creates this anxiousness/excitement and that hasn't happened to be before. It's exciting!
