in a funk....sos

Tuesday, January 24, 2012

hello friends. i am in a funk on my diet and workout. i skipped zumba last night and think i will finish my 10 class punch card and then quit going. drama with some of the girls. why do i let them get under my skin. i should move my spot but i get up in second row so i can see instructor. it used to be fun but now for some reason im just not into it. think im going thru some hormonal issues which makes sense since i am going to be 49 in june. so i am asking thru my blog that maybe someone out there can wake me up and help me thru this funk.
i hope i dont bring anyone down by my post, not my intention. i just need help and help fast. thanks friends out there for your help. staff included.

Thanks friends...i had this problem in the fall and kept going and held my head high and told myself then that i came to workout not to make friends. i let those friends back into my life but with guard. maybe its just me that thinks all against me when i know its not true. i am going to go to zumba tomorrow night and if anything, work harder. nobody gonna keep me down. but my life will get really busy next several months and i may not be able to go as often as i wish anyway. and i have thought bout mixing it up and do some water aerobics or power walking too. i appreciate you all out there and hope you are achieving your goals. emoticon

Is there another class you can get into where these ladies are not? Can you switch up the program to another class that is similar but with a new group? Hang in there and don't let someone kill a good thing for you.

You deserve to be in the Zumba class just as much as anyone else! If you love it continue and don't let some bully dance girls interfere!!!

emoticon emoticon Get out there and dance like you've never danced before!!! Woohoo!
