I don't want to eat

I don't know why, well, yes I do know why. I don't want to eat and I normally don't eat more than 1000 cal a day. If I go over, I feel fat. I also workout I guess. I'll get on my treadmill for 300 cal at a time if I have the energy. I know its not right but I can't help it.

    Sounds like you're over doing it. Eating less than 1000 calories a day will not help you reach your goals. If you don't have any energy, then you are definitely not taking in enough calories. Your body will respond by keeps all that it has all the more.

    Change your attitude to a healthy living one and you will reach your goals sooner.
