Transforming

It's a lifelong process.
It takes commitment and dedication.
One must have a plan.
The plan must include diet and exercise.
You must know your weaknesses.
OK - the exercise plan I have. And I have been doing some moderate cardio while the rib heals and I can implement the strength training again that I love so much. It will come - I have it down, just need to be healthy enough to get it rolling again. The rib is noticeably better, not 100%, but progressing.
FOOD:

my downfall. And not so much WHAT I eat as it is PORTION CONTROL. Going back to Weight Watchers with friends has helped. Cooking on Sundays for my lunch through the week, helps. I KNOW what to do, I have just always been a volume eater.
PORTION CONTROL will TRANSFORM me.
If I spread my goals too thin - I fail at them all. My focus is now PORTION CONTROL and hopefully all other good things will fall in line. Picking and choosing the types of foods that fill and satisfy me is the key.
Focus on the biggest issue and I will have more strength and patience to pull the rest together.
1. PORTION CONTROL; 2. Consistent moderate cardio; 3. Ramp up the ST the minute the rib gives so much as a nob of consent!!
