So the plan is late. But most of you fullas are a day behind me anyway so still looks good for me!
Firstly! I LOST 0.8kg this week!! My goal was 1.1kg but I am happy with this loss. I am going to be stricter on my eating this week and build up the exercise a bit more too! Jack starts school this week so the endless summer break ends :( This means I have no more excuses. GET FIT OR DIE TRYIN.
