Tried Different work Outs Today

Today i did Jillian Michaels Ripped In Thirty and Bob Harper's Body Rev and did I sweat! it was hard; my daughter did it with me. She encouraged me to try it. We also changed Coach Nicole's meatloaf by adding a pepper and mushrooms to it and replacing some of the brown rice with ground up quinoa and panko bread crumbs.
I had a total of 12 veggies and fruit today. So i guess we are eating healthy. Though little under today and had to have an extra snack.
