The Spark, Chapter 3

I really thought that this chapter was a hot mess. Going from one topic to another, with not enough content in the last topic to feed into the next. I know that working out and being on a diet go hand in hand, as is mentioned in this chapter. I never really put everything together before that one thing helps another.

I really like working out and this surprised me a lot. More so that I liked to do it in front of other people. I was soooo nervous to go to the gym, but when I went today, (my 2nd time), I just couldn't get into it. I think I didn't plan my day out right or get enough sleep to handle what I needed to do. I couldn't focus or stick to one exercise to save my life. I was hopping around but I finally settled on the bike. I spent some time at the gym and I hope tomorrow goes better.

I'm hydrating for tomorrow.

    take it one day at a time its great you went to the gym and even though you had problems you plan to go back. i also had problems this week with so many things talked about.I decided to stay here another week and really understand what is going on. to me its not a race tog it done in 28 days but to understand what I need to learn to get to my goal i will not be at goal in 28 days so i plan to take my time and break the information in small sections and take 3 weeks to information and build them into habits that will last a life time.
