One step forward, two steps back...

but at least I'm not giving up! I'm been active on SP for about a year and unfortunately I'm still pretty close to my starting weight. I've fluctuated a lot. However, I work out a lot more and it has finally become a routine in my life. When I eat bad, I don't beat myself up the next day, I just start over and try to do the best that I can.
I guess I'm writing this as a blog because I need to keep telling myself this before I start gaining more weight. I need to work on portion control, how much sugar I eat and the quality of my food.
