I saw my video that reminded me that I need to keep working for me and that this athlete has completed good work. I fit into some blouses a little better around my arms. I fit into my Calvin Klein jeans and my thighs felt loser. I dressed up in a form fitting blouse & didn't need the spanxmto suck the gut. My weight has dropped a few pounds and I will continue to tone.
I went through a cleansing for 3 weeks and didn't think I can handle it. I realized that eating is a "thing" to do when I rest from working around the house. I trusted my nutritionist to keep me feeling hungry & I didn't't need to eat my normal foods, Now I am choosing more vegetarian meals, & I don't look to carbs. My green drink is made 2x a week & I share with my kids. My exercising is still underway as a habit. I made a plan but my other obligations for my kids took precedence so my goal won't be reached.
I didn't keep all my promises & I am not happy with that but I like the changes made these past 10 weeks.
I am still toning for spring. I am going to have nice arms to wear short sleeve blouses. I will continue to visit the YMCA. I will continue to drink green drink, take my vitamins, water, & plan.
