Let's talk about wiggle room! How are you going to resist expecting perfection in your plan while still honoring the commitment you have made to yourself? I always tell you guys, wiggle room is necessary in order to be successful. Your goals should NEVER be a source of stress...and giving yourself wiggle room helps with that! What compromises are you going to make to be kind to yourself and not always expect perfection? How are you going to change the way you react when you don't make your goals so you are kinder to yourself (keeping you on track longer!)? You got this! :)
I definitely need to learn to be nicer to myself. I need to just take it day by day calorie by calorie and not say to myself I need to lose 80 pounds by this date. Doing that is setting myself up to fail. I like what I'm doing now, I go to bootcamp 2-3 times a week, I go to the gym four times a week. I'm eating better and journaling what I eat even when I go WAYYYYY over my calories for the day. I used to have a bad day and then let it continue for a few days. Now I have a bad day, I accept it and move on to make the next day better!!!
