Day 6 no sweets

It has been the worst at night. After dinner I am so used to sitting down in front of the tv and eating chocolate, candy, anything sweet! So I have had to be very creative to get my fix (cinnamon raisin bagel with splenda and cinnamon). I even went to a cupcake tasting to support my aunt and the room was filled with hundreds of yummy cupcakes! I did not eat one single bite and even though the thought of not eating a single bite still makes me sad. :(

I'm having trouble determining what counts as a "sweet". Sugary cerals? Muffins? For now I'm saying yes they count and trying to avoid them. Guess I'm going to start getting a taste for savory.

    night time is my worst time too. I really struggled with it and finally got some sugar free cocoa and now allow myself one cup in the evening. Knowing I could have something seemed to help.

    I admire your discipline to go to a party and not eat one thing. Wow!!
