I just do not get it... I stay within my calorie range atleast six days a week..I'm not going to lie and say seven... my workouts are better then they have ever been. I take a bootcamp class 2-3 times a week. Due to that class my arms are actually forming into arms that just don't consist of fat there is muscle and definition and my legs are smaller. Yet I'm losing NO WEIGHT?? I'm so frustrated and don't get it..any advice??
My boyfriend told me I'm not allowed to weigh in for one month because I'm becoming obsessed with it and it is getting in my head to much..that is going to be hard but I think he is right!!!
