Back on Track...I think??

I have been exercising, sleeping and getting my H20 in.

I have also been eating within 10 or so calories of my top range but is this ok?? I think to actually lose weight I need to eat a little less as I have maintained the same weight for almost a week...

This week is gonna rock!!

In other news we have finally named new kitten. His name is Zephyr. He is still cute.

    WOO HOO!!!!

    w/i the range seems very person dependent. On days when I get in some hard cardio I aim towards the top, otherwise towards the middle (bottom if I was in range but with unhealthy food). But if I'm starving at the end of the day and have points in range, I use 'em.

    I find mixing it up works well. Top range one day, lower range the next.

    I am pro eating at the top of the range. I love me some kai. I have been tracking the last few days and I am always right at the top. Mind you, I have also plateaued (200g in 10 days, whoop whoop) so maybe I should shut my pie hole now?

    Additionally, Zephyr is a cool name for a cat!
