I have been exercising, sleeping and getting my H20 in.
I have also been eating within 10 or so calories of my top range but is this ok?? I think to actually lose weight I need to eat a little less as I have maintained the same weight for almost a week...
This week is gonna rock!!
In other news we have finally named new kitten. His name is Zephyr. He is still cute.
