Taping (for treatment and prevention):
My first tape job:
I'm hoping I'll only be down for two weeks. The 5K on April 1st is out. (I may still walk it.) I think I'm still at a point in the marathon training where I can absorb this setback without too much loss in my long distance legs.
It actually feels a lot better today, but even if it starts feeling good enough to run on in a week, I will resist the urge. I have no buffer for a re-injury.
