march 28 really?

Wow it has been a crazy winter here. Not much snow and already started mowing. Hubby got called back to roadway and is out on the road a couple days at a time. Oldest son doing well living in akron working and going to classes. Youngest is in welding at career center and has a part time after school job.
I have gotten lazy with my eating and have gained back a few pounds ( ALMOST 10 yikes!) summer will be here b4 we know it and i need to fit into my clothes. Since i started back to work full time i just dont have the time and energy i need to get those long workouts at the gym.
Today started tracking again on spark. i felt the best when i ate a more balanced diet with macro nutrients of 40/30/30. i have been exploring gluten free and giving up wheat but in the meantime have been eating too much and not always the cleanest.
so i am going back to what worked b4 and need to do some form at st/cardio everyday even if it is only TEN minutes! life is good and i am happy but just want to be fit and healthy!
