Getting Back On Track!

The past two weeks at my house have been HELL! Both my kids were sick....not at the same time of course, it never works out that way. Then this week I caught it, not fun! The upside is that I've lost 3 pounds (Yay Flu!), but the downside is that I've been so run down & tired for the last couple weeks that I haven't been logging into SP at all, I haven't been tracking my food & I haven't been doing ANY exercising. I feel like I've lost my motivation & have to start all over again! :( I really need to get back on track!
