Where did the energy come from?

AAAgghhhh this like the 3rd time I have tried to share this somehow I keep deleting it grrrr. Ok one more time. I will stay positive here.

The last month or so I have not had much energy both physical or mental. I have lived totally by the mantra "fake it until you make it". Then all of a sudden Monday I wake up and its there. Got up did an upper body work out with out force, stayed up beat and had energy all day at work even though it was a day from, you know those kind of days. Came home mowed the lawn. Checked in here with you all. Today woke up again with that energy, still feel energized to night. Now I know I shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth. But where did this energy come from? I don't feel like I've done anything different, was it a blog, an article, a comment by one of you? The question is still there, but I will take it. I continued to have faith that I would find it. I will continue on this journey with all of you because I know that in order for me to continue on with all of the dreams that I have I have to get more healthy and stay that way!!
