I've decided to make a list of the things I will reward myself with as my weight loss progresses. Thinking of these things does keep me motivated when I start to lose focus.
2 pounds - New workout pants **Check!
5 pounds - New workout socks (I'm using my fiancee's now, and they look funny.) **Done!!
7 pounds - Workout stuff (weights for home, medicine ball, resistance band, new yoga mat)
10 pounds - Superhooper polypro hoop
15 pounds - $40 for Sephora
20 pounds - $40 for Ross
25 pounds - Freya sports bra
30 pounds - New bike
40 pounds - New outfits for Bear Creek
50 pounds - New tent
