Here is my working plan for the next 12 weeks
1) Track everything including what I drink. I tend to leave the drinks out, but sweet tea is killing my diet! This includes days I know my diet isn't going to be good. I need to be aware of what I am eating.
2) 6 days of at least 20 min workout, if I get more great but 20 mins minimum!
3) Stay focused and positive, this is going to take time and when I see results I need to dig deeper and continue, not slide back into bad habits.
4) Work on getting in freggies. This may be that I make smoothies using V8 to help get in those servings.
5) Pack my lunch when working. I tend to hit the fried food when I don't. Sometimes by choice, sometimes not.
This is what I am going to try this round. I know sometimes I will make it and other times I won't. I will not be hard on myself for the bad days but I will rejoice the good days!
