1st Week of MAY PAC

Well, it has been a challenging week. As I stated earlier in the week, I didn't start off too well on Sunday because we had a day of fun watching the Avengers at Alamo Draft House. And as Monday's go, I left the pedometer home....lol!!!
Oh well, we live and learn.
As for weight loss this week -- since I didn't weigh last week before, I think I stayed the same. I will improve on this by making sure I weigh every week. I also need to make sure that I plan better. There are times this last week where I was below my calorie intake or went over my intake because I REALLY needed the comfort of the junk -- chocolate and chips!!!! I do think I did much better with water intake than I have in the past.
As for my fitness goals - I think I stayed about the same. There were days that I couldn't do a work out because of being at work late, but I did do alot of walking around the office which helped keep me steps goal as well as blowing off some stress. I also think I did well as I finally added strength training and tried a new cardio workout. I will continue to try to improve by adding more strength training and different cardio workouts to keep it fun and interesting.
Social sparking went well, as I did post a couple of times this week if not a day. I do want to improve and be more of a team member so I will try to at least post once a day either before or when I first get to work and once when I get home. I do have a great time huddling.
So although I think I HIT in all categories, I also know where I need to improve. I hope to continue to make improvements. I would love to lose the 5 lbs before vacation, but of course losing more than that would be great too!!!
As for the points I did get all 3 points for the above and then 5 points for this blog! YAY me! I actually did it.
