Long time no blog

Since January I have lost 27 pounds. I have changed a lot of things since then. How I eat, what I eat, how much I eat. I stopped all soda intake, started drinking water, eating fruits and veggies, cut down my red meat, started yoga!

I am proud of myself I must admit. I like how I look and how I feel!
