May Pac Challenge Week 2

This week has been a challenging one, but what week hasn't been?
There is usually once a week that I do not track my food. Today is that day for me since it was a very busy day.
I weigh myself of Fridays. I found that when I weighed in yesterday, I had lost 3 lbs!!! I was very proud of me. But, I do need to plan my foods just a bit better. With the stress at work, my headaches are getting a bit worse, which hurts all the way down the left side of my face, causing me not to eat. So instead I have taken to drinking protein shakes mixed with almond milk. But, I'm taking multivitamins as well.
I did hit my fitness goals despite not being able to do strength training twice this last week. This was due again to being at work playing catch up. As the weeks progress, I will try to fit in Strength training in as much as I can. I am meeting the cardio goal, even if I am walking around at work during breaks and lunch because I usually know that I will be working late.
Social sparking has been about the same, but may be a little less this next week while I am at work. I try to sign into our team board when I first get to work to huddle and try to post on the board at the end of the night. If its real late when I get home, I don't get on the computer, but use the Kindle. If i get on the computer late at night, then I don't get off when I should to go to bed.
So, with the blog tonight and in all 3 categories above, I have made all 8 points again this week.
